With a B.A. in Economics & French from UCD and an MBA from UCD Smurfit Business School, I have spent the last 30 years working in senior leadership roles primarily across real estate, digital marketing and technology sectors.
As a proven sales and marketing specialist with a genuine interest in people, I have had the opportunity to work with some great companies at home and abroad including AIB, Manhattan Apartments, CBRE Gunne, Oracle, Informatica, Poppulo and the Irish Management Institute.
The experience of living in the U.S. and France, the challenge of being involved with start-up/entrepreneurial ventures, the world class training with tech multinationals and the privilege of leading EMEA Sales teams are among my career highlights.
Passionate about organisational culture, employee engagement, setting teams up for success and helping individuals progress their careers, in the past I have been involved with the Great Place to Work initiative and I am currently a Trustee with Dubin South MABS HR Committee.
Extremely grateful for the opportunities I have received in my career to date and acutely aware of the positive impact role models, good people leaders, coaches and mentors have played in my success, a core personal value of mine is to ‘elevate others’.
I believe that coaching can be truly transformational and our goal at New Chapters is to partner with people in their life/career journey to support them in achieving their goals and fulfilling their potential.
On a personal note, I am married to Catherine and we are blessed with four energetic young boys, including triplets, who keep us busy and test my leadership skills!
When I am not at the side of a GAA, soccer or rugby pitch, I enjoy a walk in the park (on my own 😀), running a 5k or going for a swim in the Forty Foot.
